We begin with a detailed brief covering program, budget envelope, timeline, and regulatory constraints. Site visits and topographic surveys follow before any design begins.
Schematic drawings establish massing, orientation, circulation, and principal design decisions. We present one resolved concept rather than multiple loose options.
Detailed drawings, material schedules, structural coordination, and MEP integration. All engineering consultants are coordinated from this stage onward.
CMDA, DTCP, local body clearances, and fire NOC are managed in-house. We have established relationships with approval authorities across Tamil Nadu.
Site supervision, contractor coordination, and quality inspection throughout construction. Handover documentation and completion certification included.
